    Yes, we offer periodic cleaning services with bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to meet a variety of needs. Additionally, we also provide on-demand services for immediate cleaning requests. However, please note that availability for on-demand services may be limited, and we cannot guarantee an available spot without prior scheduling.

  5. Do you offer weekend, after-hours and holiday cleaning services?

    We absolutely do offer the convenience of cleaning services on weekends, after-hours and holidays, subject to availability. Please note that these specialized services on weekends and after-hours may incur an additional charge of 1.5 times the rate. On special holidays may incur an additional charge of 2 times the rate.

  6. Do you offer laundry services?

    We do not offer dedicated laundry services, but we can assist with laundry folding as an additional service for an extra charge.

  7. What is your policy on pets in the home during cleaning visits?

    At Home Cleaning KWC Inc., we embrace pets with open arms! Our pet-friendly policy means you can skip doggy daycare or crates during our visits. While we adore their excitement upon our arrival, we kindly ask for their cooperation to ensure a smooth cleaning process. Please help by securing them in a safe spot during our appointment for their comfort and our team's safety.

    Remember, cleaning up any pet messes is appreciated, maintaining efficiency and a pleasant environment for all involved. Your pets are welcome as long as they don't disrupt our work. Let's make it a positive experience for everyone!

  8. Are there any items or areas that your cleaning company does not handle or clean?

    While our cleaning company is equipped to handle a wide range of cleaning tasks, there are certain items or areas that we typically do not handle for safety, liability, or specialized reasons. Some examples include:

    • hazardous materials
    • biohazardous waste
    • valuables
    • pets or live animals
    • structural repairs or maintenance
    • items of a personal or intimate nature

    Examples of such items may include syringes, dirty undergarments, sex toys, used condoms, or other intimate paraphernalia and any other objects that pose a potential health or safety risk. We kindly request that you handle these items personally to ensure privacy and the utmost discretion.

    We always encourage open communication regarding any specific instructions or restrictions you may have to ensure our services align with your preferences!

Pricing and Payment:

  1. How much do your cleaning services cost?

    Our cleaning prices depend on many factors, as pricing takes into account the complexity of the job, the amount of contamination, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and more.

    Starting rate for an initial cleaning for an apartment/condo is $210+hst and $300+hst for a house.

    We set a flat rate for cleaning and rather than charging by the hour, except for cleaning services move-in/move-out and postconstruction. For this cleaning we have hourly rate, $60-70 per hour.

    The final pricing is determined at the walk-through visit that you can request here.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer multiple convenient payment methods for our clients. We accept:

    We providing you with flexibility in choosing the payment option that works best for you.

  3. Do you have any promotions or discounts available?

    We offer a referral program to thank our valued clients for their support. When our existing clients refer someone to us who becomes a new client and hires our services, the referring client can enjoy a one-time discount of $25 as a token of our gratitude for their trust in our cleaning services.

  4. Do I need to tip the cleaning staff?

    Tipping your cleaners is entirely optional and never expected. However, if you would like to show your appreciation for their exceptional service, you have the option to add a tip when making payment for the cleaning service. You can choose the amount yourself and include it with your payment via e-transfer, or request to have it added to your invoice. It's important to note that 100% of your tip goes directly to the cleaning crew, and any tips received will be greatly appreciated and equally distributed among the team!

    • Receive & Review Quote(s) & Availability

      Either at the visit or right after, we will send you a personalized quote for your home and your requirements along with the available dates and timing that we have. You review them, and we answer any further questions should you have any.

    • Accept quote & book your clean

      Accept the quote through the link & get added onto our schedule at your preferred date and time that we have available. If you get added onto biweekly, triweekly or monthly rotations, you do not need to prebook your cleans as they are recurring on our schedule.

  7. Will the same cleaner or team come every time and can I ask for this?

    We currently work with one team of cleaners, who consistently deliver high-quality services. But our team is gradually growing and expanding. While we cannot guarantee that we will have the same cleaners working for us every time, please rest assured that our entire team is trained to deliver outstanding results and ensure your satisfaction.

  8. Can you provide a cleaning schedule or calendar to help me plan ahead?

    While we do not offer a formal cleaning schedule or calendar, we can certainly accommodate your preferred cleaning frequency. If you choose a bi-weekly schedule, our team will visit every other week. For a tri-weekly arrangement, we will provide cleaning services every three weeks. If you opt for a monthly schedule, we will schedule visits approximately every four weeks. Rest assured, you will receive a helpful reminder 24 hours in advance of each scheduled cleaning appointment to assist you in planning ahead.

Cleaning Process and Techniques:

  1. Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

    No, there is no need for you to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment. Our cleaning team comes fully equipped with their own tools and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we have everything needed to efficiently and effectively clean your space.

  2. How long does a typical cleaning service take?

    The duration of a typical cleaning can vary depending on several factors and averages between 2 and 4 hours. But every home is unique and the number of cleaners, the size of the house, additional services and so on can affect the duration of the cleaning.

Staff and Security:

  1. Do your cleaners undergo background checks?

    Yes, as part of our hiring process, we request a background check from each potential employee. Ensuring the safety and security of our clients is a top priority, and we take necessary measures to verify the trustworthiness and reliability of our cleaning staff.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  1. What is your cancellation policy?

    At present, we do not have a formal cancellation policy in place. However, we are currently in the process of implementing a cancellation policy that will be included in our service agreement. This policy will outline any applicable cancellation and lockout fees. In the meantime, we kindly request that clients inform us as soon as possible and provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Your cooperation in providing timely notification is greatly appreciated as it allows us to efficiently manage our cleaning schedule.

  2. What is your policy on rescheduling or adjusting cleaning appointments?

    We kindly request that you provide us with ample notice for any rescheduling or adjustment of cleaning appointments, preferably at least 48 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time and date, please understand that we cannot guarantee immediate availability for rescheduled appointments. It is advisable to reach out to us as early as possible to increase the likelihood of securing an alternative appointment that suits your needs.
